We stayed at Sassisuite Matera for one night and it was absolutely unforgettable. Without a doubt, the best apartment we’ve ever stayed in. The view from the terrace was unbelievable - right in the heart of Matera, overlooking the historic beauty of the city. The apartment itself was truly unique, blending charm, history and elegance. The atmosphere made us feel like royalty. We only wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Matera!

This place is lovely

The bathroom was down some very steep steps separated from the room. This was also a security issue as anyone could walk in by moving a rope.
