A truly unique stay. I honestly didn’t expect to find myself in an apartment that feels like a historic room in a castle. The space is with multiple large and airy rooms. The bathroom is generous as well, featuring both a bathtub and a shower, along with all the necessary amenities. There’s a big dining area, perfect for enjoying meals, although I’m not entirely sure if there’s an oven or microwave available for cooking. That said, there is cutlery provided, so you can comfortably enjoy takeaway or food you bring with you. The terrace is another highlight, very spacious and offering one of the most stunning views in Matera. At sunset, your eyes are drawn to the cathedral, while at sunrise, the entire area is beautifully illuminated. Whether you’re having breakfast with coffee or dinner in the evening, the scenery in front of you is simply breathtaking. Last but not least, the host was incredibly welcoming and helpful. She assisted us with directions to the property and even arranged a taxi from the Matera bus station directly to the apartment. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a stay right in the heart of Matera.

At first, the apartment felt a bit cold for us, but the host quickly turned on the heating, and it became warm and comfortable shortly after.

Bardzo blisko parkingu i centrum. Widok z balkonu robi robotę:) wygodne i przestronne apartamenty. Ogromny plus za wannę:) byliśmy na jedna noc :)
