The staff are very nice and helpful. You will feel very welcome once you step in the place. The location is good. It is close to the main street with loads of amenities. It is also a 10 mins walk to the beach.

Noise! While the location is good, it is also close to a main road which you can hear cars passing by constantly. Also, there is a restaurant nearby which plays very loud music and karaoke at night and makes myself very hard to fall asleep quickly. Maybe one of the families nearby has a rooster which crows during daytime. Other than that, the bathroom may need a bit of modernisation works. And the hot water only lasted for 5 mins. Though the staff reacted very quickly to fix it on day1, it didn’t improve much.

Comfortable room, well furnished with small balcony or terrace. Very clean, kettle in room. Lovely family, Wayun was very helpful and let us leave a bag when we went to Flores. Very quiet yet central, 5 min to beach via the cut through lane. Pretty much on main.street. Great travel agents 30 secs away who rented us bikes and got us a driver twice who was really good and spoke good English. Good WiFi in room and huge TV with netflix, YouTube etc if you want a night in. The sockets are next to bed so great for phone charging. Good hot water in shower. The air con is new and works great, very quick to cool. Wayun organised airport taxi night before via Grab. We enjoyed this comfortable family run place.

Clean comfortable room all you needed for a place to come back too after spending day out and about.

I stay there for only one night before heading to port to Nusa penida island. Staff is very friendly, room is very clean. Owner provides kettle and oven inside the room. Very near to the port as well.

The hotel is very near to street, a bit noisy at night before 10pm

Reasonably sized room, comfortable bed and pillows, very clean, with a mini bar, and an electric kettle, and a good A/C. Bedside tables, desk, closet, everything is ready for you to unpack your bags. The bathroom is small but practical, with good, powerful hot water, body gel, hand soap, and shampoo provided. Nice, soft and thick towels, a freshly laundered blanket, sheets, and pillowcases. Everything here looks and smells thoroughly cleaned, disinfected, and very well taken care of. The homestay has a kitchen that also provides a water dispenser. The owners are very friendly and conscientious in maintaining high standards for their property. The location is right in the middle of town, with plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance, the beach is 250 meters around the corner. The homestay is in a small side alley to guarantee peace and quiet at night We particularly appreciated the great care the owner displayed about their homestay, as well as their thorough cleaning and their kindness. For a longer stay, I'd recommend the top floor rooms for a bit more natural light. The downstairs rooms face a small courtyard bordered by an artistically designed wall where guests can sit and have their meal or coffee/tea. We enjoyed the cute downstairs setting for a couple of nights. For those who insist on their peace and quiet: this is a small homestay also inhabited by the family. Although discreet, they do share the common grounds. The pictures reflect the real size and state of the room we booked.
