room was clean, bed was comfortable, peaceful surroundings. we did not have a wine opener,but nice neighbors from 3rd floor borrowed us :)

The room was very clean and the bathroom facilities were top notch. Well above expectations for the price. The owner was very helpful and offered to pick me up at the train station.

When I first arrived, the building exteriors of the complex were not very appealing. The hallways were dark but the room owner assured me that would be better soon.

The apartments are very clean and you have everything you need. Also the transfer from/to Pisa Aiport or Train Station is very helpful. Communication was great.

We really liked our stay at this appartement. The host, Alessandro was very kind, helpful. The flat was very clean, confortable, we found everything we needed. It was 5 min's walk from the bus stop. So I recommend him to everybody. We really felt Like Home 😍.

Alessandro was very helpful right from the start! He very kindly took us to/from the airport and answered all of our questions. He guided us to all the sites and nearest bus stops and cafe’s. We couldn’t have asked for a better host!! The room itself was very spacious and filled with all the amenities you would need including a mini fridge with a large bottle of water and tea and coffee making equipment. There was also a wardrobe with lots of storage. The location is excellent and there are bus stops nearby and a restaurant, cafe, tobacco shop and pharmacy. You can buy bus tickets from the tobacco shop in the restaurant or outside the hospital bus stop. It’s only around 20 minutes to pisa centrale station and 30 to the leaning tower by bus. Overall an amazing place and we would definitely recommend Alessandro to anyone looking to stay in Pisa!

it would have been even more great if there was a full length mirror and a kettle as we had to use the microwave to make tea

The owner allowed us to stay 2h more after check out time. He offered to us also a paied transfer from the airport to the hotel. He was a nice man.

There is high noise at night, I think from water pumps or from the washing machine which is working at night, this noise was very bad and making us awake several times at night. Less important for us: the room service is done not every day but day after day.
