"Freundlicher Gastgeber, aber Achtung: Schimmel in der Wohnung."

Trotz unserer späten Ankunft hat der Gastgeber geduldig auf uns gewartet und uns freundlich bei der Suche nach einem kostenlosen Parkplatz auf der Straße unterstützt.

Die Unterkunft hat uns leider überhaupt nicht gefallen. Es handelte sich um eine dunkle Wohnung im 5. Stock eines Wohnblocks, in einer heruntergekommenen Gegend. Die Wohnung war alt, nicht besonders sauber und im gesamten Raum war ein deutlicher Geruch von Feuchtigkeit wahrnehmbar. An den Wänden und im Badezimmer war Schimmel, was uns das Atmen erschwert hat. Leider hat sich der muffige Geruch auch in unsere Kleidung und Sachen übertragen, sodass sie während der weiteren Reise unangenehm gerochen haben. Wir waren bereits seit einer Woche unterwegs und hatten mehrere Unterkünfte, aber im Verhältnis zum Preis war dies leider die einzige, die völlig unzufriedenstellend war.

Quiet neighborhood, easy to get to the center of the city, we had everything we needed. Alessandro offered a shuttle from the airport which was quite nice as we arrived late with a little one. Great property for a trip to Pisa!

The host is very flexible – a big thanks for that! I can absolutely recommend this place. The property may be a bit out of the city center, but it has a good bus connection to the central station, which makes getting around very easy

Just as constructive feedback, as we were very happy with our stay and the host: while there was a microwave, some plates would have been useful. Additionally, more toilet paper, bath soap, and perhaps some extra trash bags would have been appreciated. If these items were available and we just didn’t find them, my apologies! The location was also a bit difficult to find at first.
