The property is generally fine, clean and comfortable.

The property is generally fine, clean and comfortable.  We had a few issues though:  1) The TV is tiny. 2) They refused to provide a kettle.  3) The property has a small hostel-type shared kitchen.  A largish bag of fresh food went missing from it and (when I phoned and asked) the owner said he took it "by mistake".  He then became aggressive on the phone, hung up, and wouldn't answer when I phoned again.  The food was not returned. 4) Another personal item went missing from our room.  We don't know who took it.
