Per la nostra logistica della giornata e spostandoci in auto, la struttura si è rivelata in comoda posizione.

L'appartamento (unica stanza/soggiorno) si raggiunge tramite scala a chiocciola di due piani, non molto agevole se si hanno trolley o borse pesanti. Si è rivelato non molto pulito, piuttosto disturbato dalla strada (le finestre -datate- si affacciano tutte su lato strada), poco illuminato la sera (non c'è una luce che illumini a giorno la stanza). Nel bagno non c'è il bidet contrariamente a quanto indicato in descrizione, c'è un'unica luce potente collegata all'aspirazione, quest'ultima molto rumorosa, piuttosto fastidiosa se da accendere durante la notte.
