"Pretty good for the price, clean, great location, rough around the edges"

Location was very central, found parking space easily, comfortable bed, spacious room, modern furnishing, reasonably clean.

Not very well maintained, power outlets were faulty, hairdryer provided almost caught fire, couldn't hang up shower head, not dirty but worn down in places. Bathroom with sliding door (which didn't work too well) and you could hear everything

Un appartement confortable et propre et un accueil charmant. Nous avons pris la chambre le jour même et aucun souci pour la prise en charge.

Il peut y avoir des difficultés pour se garer à proximité.

La posizione è veramente ottimale, in circa 10 minuti si arriva al centro di Spalato. Tutti i servizi funzionano perfettamente (es. Aria condizionata, doccia, ecc..). La camera è come in foto!

Per trovare l’ago nel pagliaio, magari per chi fa soggiorni più lunghi di 2-3 giorni metterei la possibilità di ricevere asciugamani di ricambio di prassi, ma basta chiederli alla signora addetta alle pulizie per riceverli!

"Great accommodation"

The room was spotlessly clean, featuring a TV, minibar, excellent shower, and a very comfortable bed. The location is good, but it does require about a 10-minute walk to reach the nearest restaurants, and around 15 minutes to get to the main part of the city — those central streets where you typically end your day. Overall, the property delivered everything that was promised in the listing. Excellent value for money!

The only minor point is that we stayed for four nights and the bath towels weren’t changed. Still, I’m sure the staff would have taken care of it right away if we had asked — they were always very attentive.

Perfect location. 2 min walking to Tourist area and to everything you need. Clean , Quiet, slept like a baby. Street parking up front is free, Big thanks to our host Vranje who saved a parking spot for us, this man deserves a promotion.
