"Disappointing"

Very good location

Arrived at 1pm and hotel didnt provide anywhere to leave our bags , We couldnt get into the room at check in time . Messaged the hotel who said the key was in the keybox but it wasnt it so when i messaged the owner who just sent me the exact same instrustions again . In the end cleaner had the key . Room wasnt what was on the pictures . Small and basic . 4 days with no cleaning or new towels . No where to wash our bowls used for breakfast apart from the bathroom . Red water was intermittent and only 1 pillow . I know there not the worst things ever and it Wasnt the worst experience of all time but in 2023 you expect a bit more .

"Perfect apartment, Ideal location, contact host before arrival for check inn details"

The location was excellent and the host is more than happy to help with suggestions of activities and food. The apartment was lovely, clean and perfectly sized with a balcony

We had an issue with check inn where the host forgot to send us the PIN code and we couldn't reach him on the phone. Once we got in contact he was very apologetic and we received a refund for our first night. Just worth making contact about check inn details before arrival.

Location was amazing, clean and tidy.

Tv didn't work, was new, but no Internet, nit a massive issue as we were out most f the time. Just like tv on in the morning with a cuppa.

"Superb"

The location was great - just a couple of minutes walk from the old town and the promenade. My room had a comfortable bed and a balcony and everything was clean. On top of that I had a fridge, a kettle and little cups and bowls that I could use. In the hallway were maps, information and recommendations on the city and surrounding areas. The host Marin checked in on me a couple of times via chat and was always quick to reply if I had any questions.

"10/10 for a 4 night break in Split. Great service from the host and a really nice self contained apartment."

The room itself was clean and spacious. Our room had a balcony too which was nice. The host Marin was very helpful and welcoming with getting us checked in, and even offered up a few local recommendations for restaurants etc. Location was perfect, super quick walk to the beach, the old town and the centre of Split itself.

Nothing negative to say about it, I’d stay there again.
