Propre bien situé décoré avec goût et tranquille

The welcome message received via WhatsApp before arrival was, in my opinion, unclear and could be improved. For example, it could specify that three electronic keyboxes would be used: with yhe same code, one at the building entrance, one to access the apartment, and one to the room. However, once there, everything that was difficult to understand became clear.

"Ok if have light luggage but no lift"

No lift..but owner helped with suitcase on arrival. No kettle
