The place is in the centre of ubud run by a beautiful & welcoming family. It’s a good value for money.

Great value: clean pool, spacious accommodation & lovely breakfast. Staff friendly.

Our air con wasn’t very strong but the fan above the bed was fantastic. Cooled the room down quickly.

Alles: Rustige mooie plek, vriendelijk personeel, fijn zwembad, schone kamer, goed ontbijt.

- Nice swimming pool. - Great WiFi/internet. I asked to be in the room closest to the router. I taught several online classes during my stay (5 nights) and only once had a small outage of 30 seconds or so. This was the most important thing for me and I was very happy with the WiFi. - Large room, relatively comfy bed. - Simple but decent breakfast. - Friendly staff in general, especially the lady at the reception desk. - Central location yet still quiet. Could only faintly hear noises from the road at night. - Good fan / AC. - Had no issues with mosquitoes or insects. - Very close to restaurants, supermarket, ATM etc.

- Room itself is basic: Small desk, bar of soap, small closet. I've stayed in rooms for a similar price with amenities this room didn't have: no fridge, no hairdryer, no kettle, no shampoo, no cups etc. You can get an (old) kettle and hairdryer from reception if needed. - Not a comment on the room but more on central Ubud itself. Just too busy and tourist-orientated for me.
