Room was spacious and very clean. Perfect breakfast. Good location (calm area, no noise around). Motorbikes for rent. Hospitality and kindness of the host family 10/10.

As a solo traveler, I particularly appreciated the warmth and hospitality of the host family at the accommodation. Whenever I needed something, they were there for me. Additionally, the room was always clean, with fresh towels and bed linens provided after a few days, and I also found it very nice that water, tea, and coffee were available free of charge. I highly recommend this guesthouse to anyone looking for an affordable, warmly managed, safe, and authentic place to stay, which is also quiet yet centrally located.

The only minor issue I noticed was that the showerhead in the bathroom could have been a little cleaner.

Very clean room, lovely decor and good linens and towels. Hosted by a wonderful hospitable and friendly family. Good location on a quiet street a short walk from downtown Ubud.

The windows face the courtyard,not the best for privacy.

Perfect guesthouse. Big and modern rooms. Is very clean as well. Good breakfast and they also have free water dispenser. You can rent scooters. You are in 5 minutes ride in the city center. 30 minutes walking. The owners are really nice! I recommend it a lot!

Central, spacious room, cheap compared to many other properties, *extremely* kind family running it

Seriously needs renovations, bathroom is tiny (shower installed next to toilet without tub or anything to stop the water from wetting the entire bathroom), & it was unfortunately not clean. No kettle or bottled water in the room (which I had at other guesthouses with similar price range).

Wash the curtains please :)
