La gentilezza del proprietario,la vicinanza dal centro storico e il parcheggio sono i punti forti della struttura.

L’aria condizionata posizionata sopra la doccia non è stata molto gradita,ma per il breve soggiorno (il nostro è stato di due notti)va benissimo.

Gospodarz jest wyjątkowy! Pomocny, uprzejmy. Czekal na nas. Wszystko czego potrzeba jest w apartamencie. Duże łóżko. Woda w lodówce. Kawa herbata. Naprawdę dbałość na wysokim poziomie. Świetne miejsce postojowe. Poczujecie się zaopiekowani. .

Łazienka jest spartańska. Ale na krótki postój wystarczy. Wszystko ok.

I am so happy with our host, Damir. He is very accommodating and is always happy to lend a hand. His breakfast offer is very much appreciated and is a great way to fuel up for the long day ahead. Request for additional items so I could hang my laundry was very prompt and he also offered to put our washing in his washing machine - everything dried and folded when we arrived back after a day walking around Split. Thanks for making our visit comfortable Damir!

Gastgeber sehr hilfsbereit, sympatisch, und absolut kompetent. Feines Frühstück. Auto mit überdachtem Parkplatz und Absperrgatter. Durfte nach check out Auto auch noch länger stehen lassen.

Fällt mir nichts ein.

Аппартаменты не большие, не супер новые. Хозяин очень внимательный и приветливый. Угощал вкусняшками и разрешил помыть машину, абсолютно бесплатно!!! Есть приватная парковка и до Старого города 10 минут пешком. Это то, что для нас было очень важно! В общем нам все понравилось! Для тех, кто ищет 5 звезд это место вряд ли подойдет! Есть большой холодильник, микроволновая печь, чайник, чай, кофе и все необходимое, включая фен.

Damir is one of the best hosts I’ve ever met. I’ve been traveling by motorcycle for 11 days, and this stay honestly exceeded all my expectations. Damir takes care of you like a big brother. Always helpful, kind, and attentive. The property has private parking, which was very convenient for my motorcycle. It’s also very close to the old city, with markets and restaurants just around the corner. The bed was very comfortable, and both the air conditioning and hot water worked perfectly. Breakfast was excellent as well. WiFi is fast. Overall, a truly great experience. Highly recommended!

The accommodation is a few hundred metres from the local bus stop from the airport (No.37 bus). Damir asked me the night before what breakfast choice I would like, went out in the morning to buy it fresh and then cooked it himself. I couldn’t have done better myself! Damir gave good advice as to local restaurants, supermarket and means of getting into the centre of Split.
