"Esperienza deludente e terribile"

Dopo una giornata stressante la struttura non ha tollerato 10-15 Min di ritardo per il check in, lasciandoci in grave difficoltà alle ore 21 e a centinaia di km da casa. Nonostante il nostro preavviso telefonico del breve ritardo (comunicato prima delle21), la signora al telefono si è rifiutata di accoglierci e ci ha negato il rimborso, interloquendo con toni che ho percepito come rigidi e poco professionali. A mio parere fare accoglienza richiede flessibilità ed empatia, qualità che purtroppo non ho riscontrato in questa occasione. Mai capitata una situazione del genere.
