Il meccanismo di apertura del cancello esterno non sempre funziona correttamente. Ma è una cosa minima, basta chiamare e il problema viene risolto subito.

Tutto ben pulito, posizione non centrale, ma ottima per raggiungere qualsiasi posto. Il bagno abbastanza grande, potenzierei la luminosità, visto che il rivestimento è scuro. Cambierei il copriwater che è ingiallito e invecchiato. A parte piccolezze, è perfetto.
