Quiet, clean, and comfortable ...had most things I needed....lovely location

No ironing board....didn't know where to put used towels

Well appointed. Real milk and more would have been nice. Perhaps a biscuit too when you arrive a little later than you would have hoped.

Not being greeted and helped with navigating our way to the apartment. It was dark - we are in our eighties.

The location was fine in terms of where it was to get into Taupo itself

It’s very dark as there is only the main door entrance for light. The sofa beds were both uncomfortable and it was very small all over. The kitchenette in the bedroom was odd and the access to the bathroom is in the bedroom. This really is fine for 2 people not the 4 we had booked for

Easy to follow instructions, private, quiet, everything we needed.

Very cosy and the kids loved the projector screenings

The pull out couch was uncomfortable but overall stay was amazing
