It was hard to access the property

The facilities at room was excellent

Food cost at rooftop restaurant was expensive.

Staff were very helpful, restaurant had great food and service.

Very nice location within the old quarters. The room was adequate and the a/c worked ok. It was silent. Nice restaurant in the top floor.

No views. Small bathroom with no shower curtains, the entire floor would get wet after shower.

Der Herr am Empfang war freundlich. Zwei Nächte, obwohl gebucht, wurden nicht verrechnet.

Das Zimmer war schmutzig. Die Bettwäsche, die offensichtlich nicht frisch war, hat gemuffelt. Das Personal im "Restaurant" war ein Witz. Schmutzig und offensichtlich durch Alkohol oder sonstigem beeinträchtigt. Wir wollten 3 Nächte bleiben, sind aber nach der ersten Nacht ausgezogen.

Behavior of the owner is very very disappointing.. he was rude very partial was never accommodating person. He was doing good behavior with foreigners but not with us… he threatened me that he will cancel my booking he told me i didn’t pay before ( as there was pay later option in booking.com) he told me we are bloody customers infront of my father.. the room which he allocated me was extremely small no window plus no cupboards. I asked him for a room with a cupboard which is a basic necessity in any hotel room but he was furious misbehaved multipl Times argued like idiot.. the worst ever experience i have had anywhere i have travelled.
