Beautiful location with comfortable rooms. We really enjoyed walking through the gardens and also having dinner at the restaurant there. We had never been to Kells Bay. It was quite a scenic place!

It was a little challenging to find as it’s back off the main road. You might wonder if you missed the turn off…, but if you have GPS it shouldn’t be a bother. Other than that minor detail , we all had a great experience there.

A beautiful and historic house, with lovely views. Nicely furnished and decorated with interesting pictures. I bought one of them! Very comfortable bed and spacious accommodation. The garden was wonderful: full of fabulous tree ferns. We enjoyed the walk down to the shore. Charming staff, good food.

I found it very hot in the building.

We had a great time at Kells Bay House and really enjoyed the dinner at Sala Thai! The room was big, you just had to watch your head walking down the stairs from the entrance. The breakfast was also good and we loved the walk through the garden.

We went in just to get a coffee, ended up staying the night. Clean, good food, big room, comfy bed, beautiful location, beautiful gardens.
