Uns hat die grossartige Lage und die schöne Aussicht sehr gefallen. Ebenso der traumhafte Garten durch den wir am Abend noch spazieren gehen konnten. Wir wurden sehr gastfreundlich behandelt und das Essen war köstlich. Einrichtung und Aussicht vom Bell Tower waren wunderschön.

Dass wir nur eine Nacht gebucht hatten :)

Loved the bedroom & the view from bedroom window. Loved the gardens, river walk & waterfall. Wood sculptures in gardens are nice.

Brown water from bathroom taps. There's a 12.5% Service charge. Dessert seemed to be from the freezer, not 4 Star. 1 of my pancakes was black for breakfast 1 morning..

Delicious breakfast. Delicious evening meal at SALA THAI. The lady who served our dinner and breakfast was really lovely and kind. The gardens are full and beautiful; there were plenty of rhododendrons and camellias to see. The gardens are also great for kids with the rope bridge, hide and seek area, and dinosaur sculptures. We took a walk down to the small beach and back up past the waterfall. We only saw one other couple while we were there, because it was off season, so very quiet and peaceful. It was very rainy and misty so we couldn’t see much of the surrounding views, but still it was a stunning setting! Amazing overhead/waterfall shower which was so relaxing. Nice big bathroom. Nice room and views from the windows.

The bath was great, but the water seemed to have possible mineral deposits in it- it was orange once I ran the bath! I didn’t mind, but other guests may not like it.

"Zu viel Schimmel"

Die Vorstellung wie es vor ein paar Jahren war und wie es es sein hätte können.

Überall Schimmel in den Zimmern, vor allem im Bad und ein muffeliger Geruch. Der Garten ist aktuell auch ehr runtergekommen

Der Garten. Mitarbeiter waren super freundlich. Essen war sehr lecker. Schöne Anlage

Könnte sauberer sein. Das Leitungswasser zum Duschen.

Peaceful, staff welcoming, beautiful room.

Assumption that you have access to emails when travelling So Gate codes sent late by email. Why not give this once paid? Tv remote no battery so tv didn’t work. Didn’t spoil stay.
