Location, the staff, the room were all excellent spacious room comfy bed. Complimentary walk through the gardens and picturesque views of the bay. We’ll be back. We stayed in the ‘garden room’.

I loved how cosy and welcoming the place felt, surrounded by stunning gardens that looked like something from Jurassic Park. Even in November everything was still green and lush. The view from my room over the bay was spectacular — a truly unique and peaceful spot.

Atmosphere, staff, food, room decor and view

No heating at all in the bedroom, in November? Totally unacceptable. No alternative offered (electric heater eg) no explanation or apology offered and just in case someone suggests that the radiators weren't being used properly - they were switched to full on and checked by staff. Totally unacceptable.
