Der Besitzer wahr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren eine 4er-Gruppe Frauen und haben uns stehts wohl gefühlt! Die Lage war top und das Frühstück hat geschmeckt.

Located directly inside the south gate. Very big quiet and beautiful room. Nice breakfast. The owner has a cat.

The only problem I met is that the water got colder during the shower, but I was about to finish so not a big deal.

The structure organises excursions in the beautiful surroundings, we were very happy to take the opportunity to do one of those to the fortresses. The host is friendly and available for any questions and help. Breakfast is rich and very good. Location is great.

Walls are a little thin; Likely this is usually not a problem, but we had quite loud neighbours and could hear them a lot.

Excellent location in the historic part of Khiva. Very quiet. The interior is in the traditional Uzbek style with lots of carpets. The host met us at the railway station, and also provided the airport transfer. He also allowed us the late check-out for free. Breakfast was very good.

We had no issues worth mentioning. You should be prepared that this is not a hotel, but the owner is very hospitable and tries his best.
