A small but very welcoming room, extremly clea, with comfortable bed and pillows, functional AC both for heating and vooling, relaxing shower, upper floor accessible by elevator also, wonderful position. The staff was very kind, answered quick to all my questions and helped me with an early check-in. A perfect choice for one or few days in Tomar.

nicely renovated house in the local historic style, in an unbeatable location. The rooms were comfy, great beds, AC and tv, everything nice and clean, good bathroom. There's an elevator (we didnt test it) which is great for heavy luggage or mobility issues. There's a shared kitchen in the 1st floor where you can prepare simple meals. Everything worked out fine with the self check-in.

only very minor things: the rooms are a bit small, but manageable; The shower water takes a long time to heat up; there's no parking on that street but it's not difficult to find a spot nearby.

This is a very clean and well presented property, excellently located in the centre of Tomar. The common areas are comfortable and adequate. Access instructions were clear and entry to the building and our room was easy.

Our room (2.1) was incredibly small for two people with luggage. More annoying was the internet that works fine in the common area a floor below, didn’t work in the room and email exchanges to the building manager didn’t resolve the matter.

The Family House Cup location was wonderful and the renovation of the building was exceptional. So peaceful! The kitchen and communal area was very lovely, although they provided instant coffee it might be a good idea to also provide a bit of ground coffee and a French press to allow guests to have brewed coffee as an alternative.

Unfortunately due to the location being on an amazing pedestrian boulevard it was difficult to find a place to unload and park and no instructions for parking were given that we could access while traveling. As well there was a musty damp smell in the room so we had to open the window and turn up the heat to get rid of the smell. Lovely view from the open window though!😊 Possibly running a dehumidifier in the room before a rental arrives might solve this problem. We tried to contact the owner about the issue but got no help through booking.com and did not get any response from the owner either.
