Good spot , staff was nice. Really needed the rest I got there after a lot of shenanigans elsewhere

Bathroom on floor 1 doesn’t vent well and some other guest got water like literally everywhere and it stayed that way for a while

The place is well situated in the medina, not too far from the train station and many points of attraction. Overall, an okay stay.

Had a room on the roof which got quite hot. The fan wasn't working, but we were given a different (broken, but working) one. The bathroom light wasn't working. The room smelled strongly of mothball-type chemicals, but at least there were no bugs (except some small ants on the floor). The beds were uncomfortable and had ill-fitting fitted sheets that would come off during the night. The place felt rather lifeless, the staff was rarely there and the roof terrasse wasn't furnished for guests to enjoy it.
