Central location

Very noisy, room next to reception and our room had no windows. This is a good fix for one night max.

In the middle of Medina

The staff is not respectful and rough. They are yelling at customers and require them to observe unclear rule without further explanation as for example only to take a shower early in the morning. At the check-in time a British lady was complaining to me about how the staff is unreachable. They should also be clear about the check-out time , once saying 12pm and once 11am, making it unclear. The staff should know they don't have any right to yell at customers for whatever reason. As a customer paying for a service we don't expect someone to yell at us. I won't come back to this place and don't advice anyone if you want a pleasant stay.

i only liked the location in medina.

the sheets and the pillow were smelly , bad lighting , no connection in the room , yet they mentioned that there is a wifi

Nice riad, easy to find, only 4 minutes walk from the central market and 12 minutes walk from Rabat Ville train station, the staff was so friendly and helpful , I recommend it!

Good location, the host was good, it has privacy.

Cleanliness was not great, the bathroom was very humid and about to break. Hard to explain unless you see it. The room lack a bit of cleanliness as well, you could see hairs and other things in the floor, also it just felt not clean thoroughly.

The location is great right in the middle of the souk of the old medina. There was hot water in the bathroom. I could sleep well. The room has a window looking into the roof hall.

The building needs some renovation. Although the bed looks clean and the room has a window, it is smelly. The bathroom is shared
