Дуже приємний персонал, який забеспечує усім потрібним.В готелі одразу є можливість смачно і недорого поїсти (можна з собою в номер).Чисті та охайні номера, є де покласти речі, чайник аби підготувати собі напій перед сходженням в гори.Перед заселенням і після виселення нам запропонували залишити речі на рецепції, аби було легше ходити поки очікуємо.
