It was old, quirky with history. Passed on from one generation to another. Good room sizes incl en-suite. Pay a bit more and you’ll get stunning views too. Continental Breakfast was perfect, with a good choice of the essentials. Plus Terry or Hannah within ear shot to accommodate your needs. I loved the Muesli & Seed Mix😋 The Hosts were there with local info and recommendations, always useful.

Slightly limited parking immediately outside, but with Terry ( the host ) happy to move his car just for you it was never a big deal. Plus free parking just beyond its drive, no issue. Honesty box there for everyone to feed.

Small bedroom with no view. For the price paid in total to have included Breakfast would have been a reasonable expectation

Beautiful old building in a stunning location

Fantastic location in the middle of Dales, the king size bed was really comfortable and spacious. The bathroom had everything that was needed and there is also a small kitchen that we didn't use but could be useful. There's a parking space just outside the property. Everything was perfect, we felt sad about leaving after just one night but we'll go back as soon as possible!

We were lucky to have a great room overlooking the mountains. It was a lovely light and comfortable room , also with kitchen facilities. Comfy bed too! Clean and very welcoming and relaxed stay. We were also able to park outside and you are in a peaceful spot, but just a minute's walk to the village green.

Very comfortable and friendly hospitable owner. Relieved to get a delightful garden view from the breakfast room.

Disappointed not to have slightly bigger room and particularly with a scenic view of the hills which surround Reeth.
