Minh Tam Guesthouse

My room was big enough and clean, the bathroom too. There was small fridge and and kettle in the room, as well as fan and AC, didn’t try the fan but AC was working perfectly. The host is super helpful: she gave me bananas and water for my day out and she kept my luggage after I checked out... She even have me the possibility to take a shower when I went to pick up my luggage after a day out in the heat! <3 She is super kind and lovely even speaking very little English. I also spent the day with Mr Dung Who drove around and took me to several spots of interests - imperial citadel, pagodas and imperial tombs- for a good price! :)

Great location. Close to all the restaurants and cafes yet quiet enough to get sleep. Room was a good size, clean and value for money. The hosts were kind and accommodating.

Very clean and great location with wonderful hosts that went out of their way for us, even carrying our luggage down the stairs for a 4:30 a.m. departure. Just wish we had stayed longer!

Cute little homestay on a side road, which adds a bit of privacy. Close to restaurants and shops by foot. The little balcony and flowers add a nice touch as well. Good to be able to refill our water bottles at the reception. Owners are welcoming and extremely helpful and getting our outings (taxi, etc.) organized at a reasonable price. Comfortable room and beds, nice little bathroom with all you need.

Can be noisy at times (kids, street) but that’s part of staying in a homestay - ultimately, our kids loved playing with the grand-children and the nearby streets are very lively 3 nights per week, which is really good because people are getting together and having fun :)

Smack bang in the middle of the happening area but set back off the road so noise wasn't an issue through the night. Balcony lovely for parents to sit out while the kids in bed. Hot water, AC, and most of all lovely family who couldn't do any more to help. 10/10

Convenient location, close to the many bars and restaurants. Very helpful owners, helped with booking taxis and they also offer trips and transport around Vietnam. There is a lovely pastry shop just down the road.

Family was very friendly and helpful, he talked about the area and helped us book tours for the activities and ride to our next destination
