Clean and comfortable. Everything was there. Really nice stay

The accommodation itself was very nice, cosy, and visually appealing, and it largely met expectations, but....

Unfortunately, the overall experience was, that clients are not welcomed... Communication with the owner felt somewhat arrogant already before arrival when I asked business invoice, which affected the first impression. I also noticed that some issues mentioned in earlier reviews — such as the bathroom lighting that swiches on in the middle of the night and the lack of ability to adjust the room temperature — still remain unresolved after so many comments for three years. In some responses to reviews, the owner suggests contacting him to adjust the temperature. I did reach out, but unfortunately this did not lead to a solution. Instead of adjusting the temperature, I was reassured that 20°C should be sufficient for me. Trust him, he knows 🙂 It also seemed that the installed air conditioning and heating system was not actually available for guest use, as no remote was provided. It is a pity that an otherwise lovely apartment experience was affected by this kind of communication and lack of flexibility from the owner.

Расположение - супер! Как я понимаю, исторический центр. Рядом озеро, пляж (летом - купание!!!), отличный променад. Недалеко - неплохой ресторан, магазины. Очень милый городок.
