Great location Pancake cafe at 1st floor Sleep was well for me

Location ok

total lack of contact with the staff, upon arrival it was unclear where to pick up the keys and which room. A colleague walked around checking where the keys were in the door and if it was a double room with a private bathroom. She occupied the one that matched the description. During the night someone was banging on the door and the next day an attempt was made to break into the room. The key was pushed halfway out making it impossible to open the door, after several attempts the friend managed to open the door. She found someone from the staff presented the problem, the lock was repaired however when she returned to the room in the evening it was open ! Maybe it is a good place for people working on business trips , construction etc. However, no one from our group which we come every year to Voru will certainly not use this facility.

My score is based on euro per night. If I were to receive this quality of rooms for lets say double the price, then my scoring would be different. I liked the soviet style nostalgy yet being clean. The coridors did smell a bit funky, but that did not concern me as the room was clean. The location is very good and a really well tasting, everyday open, caffeteria at the same building is good. I also slept suprisingly good (and im with shallow sleep), but I did bring my own pillow. Just in case. Overall- because the room was clean and i slept well, then my regards to the host.

I did not foreee the building to be so close to the mainstreet. So cars passing by and the noise they made did irritate me a bit. But since Võru is a small city, then it was still quite enough at night.
