Green lighthouse rooms

Дуже сподобалося розташування. Вийшла з будинку - набережна, повернула в інший бік - старий центр.

Дуже сильний сморід каналізації з рукомийнику. Освіжувач повітря допомагав, але не надовго. Вранці заходити до санвузлу було реально важко 🤢. Номер був не дуже ретельно прибраний - у ванній валялися якісь чужі косметичні предмети, в унітазі - клок волосся. Фен здихав кожні півхвилини, щоб охолодитися. І він має короткий дріт, дивитися у дзеркало і сушити волосся одночасно було неможливо

Host met us outside the property to assist with finding nearby parking as that appears to be a little confusing. Very close easy walk to the old town and right on the waterfront near the sea organ. Room is small and basic but if you are just wanting a place to shower and sleep in the old town area it is quite fine.

First of all, the security is very bad. You can only close the door to your room with a regular key, the house door and the door of the floor are always open. Then there was a smell of mold all around. We tried opening the window but it doesn’t help. You can hear everything across the walls. Bedroom windows is just above the house door, would hear every time someone enters. Facilities in the room seemed clean but the ones shared for all the rooms were dirty. Bed sheets and towels were low quality or just very old. There were forks and spoons in the room but no knives.

The owner is so nice

Host very kindly came out to greet us after midnight when our flight was delayed. Also, great location for the ferries.

Location was beautiful right near the sea organ and on the edge of the historic centre

- Great location within Zadar - a walking distance to everything in the old town. - The host was cooperative - he waited for us despite our trip delay and also helped us with finding free parking spot (great when you travel with a car) - The host responds quickly to messages. - Close proximity to cafes and restaurants. - Located in the inner yard of a building so relatively quiet.

- The shower head was dirty from where the water goes out. Tried to clean it with a wipe, but did not manage. It was late at night so had to skip the shower. Maybe others wouldn't care about such thing. - The room was a bit dark, but we stayed inside very little so it was not that big of a deal.
