"Superb"

Great location, really friendly hosts that managed to check us in earlier. Lovely and cozy room with AC, water heater and tea. Microwave on the shared space can be used.

Hot water from the shower was limited and it got chill at the end. A little noisy if you sleep on open window.

Took a few minutes to find the entrance, the building used to be the harbour masters office, but the rooms were spotles and had all the facilities one would expect and the location.. amazing!

"It’s a good place to stay if you’re not in Zadar long and want to be close to all the main attractions and aren’t a ligh"

He was very nice and helped us find parking in front of the property. The property is very close to the old town, so if you’re not staying in Zadar long it’s a good place to stay.

The facilities are a bit dated. The walls are quite thin and we could here what else was going on in the house at all hours of day and night.

Excellent location! Jurec was great helping us with parking in Zadar! Itnis very difficult to find a spot! Wonderful service and super location!

"You get what you pay for."

The location worked out nicely. The owner was very accommodating and easy to communicate with through whatsapp. Air conditioning kept us sane during the +33°c heatwave. The property is close to all the island ferries and rental boats. The price was very decent to what we got.

The building was old, as well as the facilities. The entrance is in a courtyard that looks is a parking lot. It was dark at night and was not a comforting sight. Both the building door and the front door are always unlocked. Although the bedroom door had a good lock, we still didn't find this very comfortable and this should be improved. Other "commercial property" facilities and plans not in place.

Amazing location . We only had one night in Zadar and were able to see all we needed . We arrived by ferry from Rijeka and it was 2min walk to the property . Old city town so so close , but far enough from all tourist noise , sea organs 2min walk and even had a swim . Super clean , cozy , modern room , felt secure and safe , loved the host so so friendly and so helpful . They helped with luggage storage so we could further explore . Thank you !!!!! If we were to come back would stay for sure . Host Jure and his mum were Amazing .
