Authentic house in Agaete valley close to hikes & coffee plantation (both cafes are very touristy). Fresh fruits from the garden were a real treat 😋

No window in the room (hole in the wall to common room), dogs barking at night time.

The view was very beautiful. The owner was really nice we had fresh breakfast everyday. Cleaned house. Also it's a quiet area if you wanna be away from the busy city.

Really cute guesthouse, lagarto is a very picturesque place with coffee plantations nearby and also access to the beach within 12 min(by car). The breakfast is a nice add-on especially the coffee which is served by the host Carmen, who is always there for the guests

It's a nice place with a nice view. Everything is very simple but clean. Yes, you need to climb a little bit, but I don't think it's a problem. The owner doesn't speak English, but it didn't cause us any problems, she is very hospitable! Everything is great! Price - quality, and you have the opportunity to live in a real Canarian house and feel this atmosphere! For real adventurers!

The mattress was a bit hard for us, but that's subjective

The host was so helpful and took special care to give me a lovely vegan breakfast. I loved my fresh orange from the tree in the garden. An excellent place to stay for hiking, very peaceful

Views are great. Not the most breathtaking local scenery from the hostel, but still excellent. Rooms were excellent value for money, comfortable bed and lots of space. Breakfast was good but not absolutely raving. Bus stop is very near, less than 5 minute walk. Hiking trails nearby.

Think twice about booking !! Busses are not so often to the valley. Taxi from Agaete was 8 euro. No cooking facilities on site. Ensure you bring your own drinking water. First bus back to Gáldar on Sunday was at 11:50. I would visit again.

Wonderful location, very kind, generous and helpful host, who gave us a delicious breakfast! Scenery and views fantastic and some great walking.
