It's a pretty decent location

As bare bones as it can possibly get. If you're looking for just a bed this is fine, but it's very basic and the room could do with a refreshing. Bed is hard as a rock.

Noisy neighbours(((

I have been here twice, it's one of the best and comforting stay at Anjuna. The owner of the property is very polite and kind. Rooms are clean the staff at the property is Good but one of the staff at the breakfast gave a bad experience.

At first I have been here earlier as well that time when I went to the breakfast area the staff asked me what type of breakfast would you like I gave them my preferences, and that time I got what type of breakfast I wanted, when I came back after two weeks for the breakfast the staff said me that you will only get Pohe and and nothing else and his behavior was not good at all, while at the same time there was a couple who were staying at the room next to me at by our side, he asked them so politely that what breakfast would you prefer made me embarrassed, then there came another staff I asked him that what was the reason for a different breakfast preference and this kind of behavior, he then Apologized to me and took our breakfast preference. Thanks to that guy I was relieved. But the main problem was that the staff who took my first order at the counter was rude, and made my morning uncomfortable. I would recommend to the owner of the property to give him a training of hospitality that guy literally Judges people. The reason I am writing this review is because I myself own a resort in konkan, and I know how important a review is. That's all overall Everything was Best apart from this one guy from the staff.
