The chalet was clean, warm and cosy. The best thing was its location a few minutes walk across the site to the beach.

"lovely pleasant stay, close to beach"

perfectly clean, homely, well equipped, comfterable,lovely little place.

only parking for one car , we had 2 cars ,couldn't fit into one car! booking said it was Seaview, but it wasn't.

"A Great stay"

Was a very comfortable stay. Having a Google mini was nice to have use of. Had everything we need. Every one we meet where friendly most of them lived there permanently.

Only thing was the private road leading to site had major pot holes. We were told about this, so wasn't a surprise.

"A perfect stay in a great chalet."

Exceptionally clean and facilities meant our stay was perfect. The location is perfect for the beach. The chalet was warm, comfy and all we needed. A perfect break in great accommodation and a local area.

"Peaceful break in a well equipped modern Chalet"

The location of the chalet to coastal walks and the beaches, Cromer, Great Yarmouth were easily accessible. Quiet escape which was pet friendly. Well equipped chalet even with nets, buckets and spades! Well maintained grounds and lovely hardworking groundsman.

There were no issues with the chalet or the location, we had a lovely break and the weather was very kind to us!
