Can’t say I liked anything about our stay in this place, apart from the location which is close to everything.

After hours of driving, you can forget about hopping into a quick shower due to the check in that took us close to an hour! And that is due to a ridiculous deposit requirement of 50 euro that the owner requires via bank transfer. Without it, you are a sitting duck outside waiting to be let in.. I say ridiculous, as there is barely anything in this room that is even worth the 50 eur in case of damage. It’s just a complete waste of time and takes away from the experience. Having travelled across 30+ locations with booking, it’s a very first time I am met with such requirements for a low cost place as this. Not only this, the host will also ask you to pay 2.5 eur per person for taking a shower and will explain himself that this is the war fault and booking that won’t allow to include it in the price. Which again.. Is a special request not seen before. Apart from all these negatives, you can pretty much expect to sleep in a smell of 6+ car air fresheners displaced across the room, stinking the place up like nothing before. All in all terrible experience.

The room was really spacious and neat, it had a tea and coffee station, clean towels, location was great near a parking lot. However, we did not meet the host everything was communicated online.

Well located to town/walking tours and Moliceiros as well as eateries etc. Nicely set up and had a nice welcoming glass of Port Wine and chocolate which were a nice added touch. Heater was nice to take the edge off in the evening. Free Parking very close (2 min walk)

The shower was barely warm, I would have liked it a bit warmer.

Room was great but hard to find also construction nearby.

Room and location.

Very central location. The area is currently ongoing some major road works but this was fine as we used the room to sleep only and hence it was not a bother. Little things like tea bags and coffee, a hot water bottle and other little perks were not expected for a room of this cost so they were a nice surprise. Would definitely recommend.

Nothing. Absolutely cosy room and furnished to a high standard for the cost.

Staff was so friendly and helpful. Location is walking distance to boats and the heart of Aveiro.

Easy car parking.

No air conditioning so u might get cold in winter. Couldn’t get shower due to lack of water due to city works. City tax offered free as compensation. Not exactly a suite as only one bedroom with sofa. There is a kitchen with extra charge. Deposit mandatory due to non presencial check in.
