Very friendly owner and the little guesthouse has everything you need (including a washing machine). The owner kindly gave us some laundry detergent to do a load. Close enough to town and the main sights of Batumi.

I expected very standard house and the grandma which owns the place delivered exactly the goergian grandma house which I wanted to experience.

Bathroom gets soaked since shower is not separated by anything.
