"Exceptional"

Great location - we arrived late which was with prior agreement. Lovely room and comfy bed. We ate at the pub across the road. Breakfast was delicious and very good options available. Helen was a great host. Would highly recommend and hope to stay again. They offer parking and transfers to the cruise terminal but we didn't use this on this occasion

Good parking and nice pub across the road

Room was very small shower cubical very small expecting a better breakfast after reading reviews before booking this guest house was very disappointing after reading reviews not what we expected a bit scruffy going through the front door and never got much better in the house I've always been very honest with my reviews and this is how we seen this Guest house

Good breakfast, room was comfortable

Room was warm, couldn't open window because road noise. Bathroom a bit tired Could do with an outside light to help getting key in latch

"Great find!"

Lovely clean and comfortable guest house. Room decortated beautifully with everthing you need. Fresh milk an added bonus! Helen and her husband are lovely hosts and made us feel very welcome. Cooked breakfast was great, with good choices. Wish we could of stayed longer!

"Perfect stay for wildlife"

Fantastic stay with excellent local produce breakfast, lovely walks to see new Forrest ponies and donkeys on the doorstep. Friendly hosts and very well decorated and maintained house.

Helen was amazing. Really accommodating and helpful, great service.

The shower was a bit small but the temperature was nice.
