"Pleasant and clean but extremely small room"

Friendly welcome, great location and spotlessly clean. Bed was soft but comfortable. Basic tea, coffee and biscuits which was nice. Breakfast was good

The room was extremely small. No space to put over night bag. No shelf in front of mirror and the bathroom was so small it was only just functional. On more than one occasion I banged my leg on the bed frame as no room to walk round the bed.

"Hosts very friendly"

The bacon and sausage quality of the breakfast was exceptional. Great location and lovely to see the hens roaming around.

The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. There is a pub directly opposite and another one a few minutes walk away which were very handy.

It is close to a major road so a little noisy.
