Lovely staff, very gorgeous bedroom and bathroom, fab location.

I am staying for a second time in this hotel as the first time it was right after renovation and the room was very pleasant - the one on the balcony. Staff is kind and helpful and the location is perfect- close to all the busy bits but the hotel is very quiet. In general, good value for the room you get but you need to close your eyes for other details.

Unfortunately, the hotel is not well maintained and it requires better cleaning. Our bathroom was very worn out (although recently renovated) because it requires deep cleaning. The balcony and the floor were dusty, there are some sofa bags on the balcony which are falling apart. The shared kitchen is in a horrible condition - dirty, stained, not possible to use at all. The kettle - full of scale.

It was not properly cleaned. White stains on the black bed cover etc.

No safes in room or reception to secure passports etc. No food options, flimsy doors and beds not comfy
