The location, the pool, the property itself.. nice, small, quiet..feeling like home

Maybe I missed the option of breakfast... also the renovating works in the near which were noisy every morning.. more clean bathrooms.

The sliding class door could be replaced with real Doors but its a persoanal preference.

The owners are really kind and helpful, the staff are so professional and the property was perfectly located!

My first room was noisy because of dogs barking all night but they changed by the second night and it was perfect:

- Comfy beds and good quality sheets - Location close to centre, coworking places and restaurants close by - great value for money, better than other places at this price point - the host was nice, easy to communicate with via whatsapp, very welcoming and helped with my bags - wifi worked fine (about 20mbps in my room) - the shower was strong enough pressure

- there was a little bit of an unpleasant smell at times - cleaning didn’t seem to happen each day - stains on the bathroom floor and the bin could do with being changed

Location not the nearest to beach but to me I would say is right in the middle of Canggu city, where all the shops lots and cafes are located. Owner and staffs are very friendly and quickly response to your requests such as need to towels/guests not following the quiet hour via a quick WhatsApp text. Aircond is really cold, I’ve gotten two different room, wifi is better at one than another but not significantly much, still quite fast. Shower head is detachable so it’s really friendly for women who don’t want to wet their hair at night, hair dryer is also available without having to request. There is a communal kitchen available, where you can actually cook not just make coffee. They also have water dispenser and utensils for you to use if you’re ordering in. Outdoor poor is also quite deep for a swim and not just for casual dips. Overall this is one of the best place you can find with such reasonable price.

If really have to pin point one I would say the hot water will also go on for about 5 minutes then it’ll have to take another 10+ mins to heat up again to its previous temperature. So it’s a little annoying if you’re washing your hair then it gets cold suddenly, but the drop in temperature is not that significant so it is still bearable
