The location was great and Andrea, the owner really attentive to guests needs.

Breakfast wasn’t really great and facilities need some serious uplifting. The property looks tired and outdated! It has massive potential but will need some work.

Staff is welcoming, the room was very clean (cleaned daily unless you request not to) and had a nice view. Breakfast was simply, but more than enough for the day. Free parking in front of the building. We came quite late and there were no issues at all:)

An absolute gem by Lake Como! The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight was definitely the balcony – waking up to breathtaking lake views was simply magical. Enjoying a delicious morning coffee while admiring the scenery made every day special. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. A perfect place to relax and soak in the beauty of Lake Como. Highly recommended!

We could have stayed there longer :)

It was very clean and nice. Temperature was okay. Breakfast was delicious. The view from the room vas exceptional.
