Nothing the location is ok

The wi fi most of the time didn’t work. The owner/ manager was never there. There was no soap ( probably mistake). And so on

"Clean and well located budget rooms, but..."

Location, not far from metro station and the ferry for Fort Kochi. Near restaurants and shops. Clean and cosy room.

Unfriendly and absent managing. Only payment in cash

Only thing going for this place was the location to great eating places

Rooms were unbelievably hot sweating like a pig all night,if you. fancy living in a sauna, try this place you won't be dissapointed

"Pricey Disappointment"

The location is awesome and I got a space for car parking.

The bed sheets were ages old, and mosquitoes were attacking from all sides. Apart from that the receptionist was unnecessarily hostile.

"Quiet, Clean and Good for a couple of days."

John & Gracie's kind behavior. Location and restaurants around. Cleanliness and Cooperation from the host. Overall Vibe and quality of stay. Quiet Place and hygienic. Great people around the residency.
