O quarto era amplo e estava bem limpo e a simpatia e a disponibilidade da funcionária que nos atendeu sempre.

A desorganização devido a falta de pessoal, infelizmente deixarem passar isso para fora achamos mau. Acordar com o barulho dos funcionários ao lado do quarto a falarem alto uns para os outros inclusive para outros andares. O pequeno almoço não tinha muita variedade.

Em relação ao alojamento tudo ok, correu tudo bem e os funcionários foram bastante prestáveis.

Senti um pouco de desorganização a nível da gestão do alojamento. Existiu um problema com as reservas inicialmente, mas após alguma insistência conseguiu-se resolver.
