El personal fue muy amable. La habitación amplia, muy céntrica. El desayuno se servía en otro edificio cercano, y era muy completo, y suficiente.

La no disponibilidad de un secador de pelo, aunque fuera colectivo.

"Bof, interdiction de ffaire de bruit après 22h, mais la Machine a laver essore le plafond a 23h30 !"

Beau bâtiment confort en plein centre

Pas d serviettes a l'arrivée, besoin de demander 2 fois, et surtout, la machine a laver de l'hôtel qui tourne au dessus de nôtre tête, très bruyante, jusqu'à 23h30 ! J'ai dû demander à la gérante d'aller l'arrêter !!!!

Центр города, номер очень приятный, стены из камня выглядят очень красиво, очень удобные матрасы на кораблях - мы откровенно выспались!

Ведро для мусора сломано, каждый раз приходилось открывать его руками, это было неприятно. Кондиционер не работал на обогрев и из него сыпался мусор каждый раз, как мы его включали.

A great location in the centre of Chaves.Secure motorcycle parking is available 400 metre from the accommodation but we felt it secure enough to leave it locked and covered outside the premises.great value for money and spotless clean with a decent breakfast included.

Nothing to dislike.
