Guesthouse Kastro

Locality excellent for exploring countryside, but without the need to stay in Edessa.

No breakfast available and no facilities in the village of Lykoi. Lots of noisy, barking dogs. Lots of farm traffic with big powerful tractors passing frequently.

Nice cosy setting in the hills near Edessa - very quiet area. Room has a terrace - ideal for an evening wine outside

The room was large and comfortable. There was a kitchen area but no plates, crockery or pots.

The room was quite noisy at night because of what were probably large refrigerators or freezers and an industrial boiler. There was no food available locally.

Lovely place, with magnificent views. Two nights. Spacious room. Comfortable bed. Ate at Taverna below (O Petros) on both evenings. Lovely home cooked meals. Great value.

Comfy beds, nice bathtub.

No cups or kettle in the room, paper thin walls..people were partying until 4 am our first night.

The view

Peaceful location and very clean room. The hosts were very kind and their two lovely dogs were strolling around the property. Also the view from our balcony was amazing!
