The Ruby Room

The place is very beautiful and clean, good set up and their furniture is beautiful.

I had to pay and extra amount for my boyfriend sleep over which I found unfair because as much as I booked a single room you don’t pay for sleep overs.

I paid for the Ruby Room but was put into the Opal room; hence my ratings. The sheets were not clean, and the room smelled. In the morning I stripped the bed myself and insisted on clean linen and that they take away some stained pillows. I don't think the room had been vacuumed. The hand towel in the bathroom was wet, but I hadn't used it. I'm not sure why they put me in a room I did not book.

The bed is too big the room is small.

The quality of the room was perfect. The mattress was exceptionally comfy.

I liked that I had been upgraded. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious too.

There was no sink to wash dishes. The cutlery and crocery cupboard were not suitable. The towels did not smell clean and fresh. The windows had been left open and it was dusty on the floor. The microwave smelt of old food when one used it.
