Tv didnt work, a coffee machine would have been great

A large, spacious room with an equally large bathroom. The host was kind and helpful. At our request, they washed and dried our clothes, so we had clean and dry clothes in the morning, even though we dropped them off the night before. The neighborhood is safe.

The room was quite cold, and there was no washing machine, even though the description on Booking. Furthermore, when I asked about the washing machine in the chat, my question was ignored. We were finally able to do laundry. The bathroom door swings open sideways, and the bathroom side has no handle, making it difficult to close it properly from the inside. The strangest and least comfortable situation was when, after returning from the store in the evening, as we were walking to our room, a man smelling of alcohol approached us (in the presence of the host) and explained that it would be "worth" tipping for the laundry. He was nice, and we didn't feel threatened for a moment, but the situation was strange and uncomfortable. Especially since the description indicated that the washing machine was supposed to be in the room, and we planned to tip when picking up the clothes anyway. It was completely unnecessary, and I don't understand why the host allowed this to happen.
