Location good for nearby free parking, Conad supermarket, and excellent cafe at Giuliano Pasticceria.

Our allocated room did not include the balcony/terrace promised for the room we booked, and the air-conditioning included on the facilities list had been turned off, despite the heat. The light inside the entrance to the room was not working. The bathroom towels were old and thin. The owner turned on the AC but only after an exchange of texts and when we finally said we would inform Booking.Com if the promised facilities were provided. The owner's response to the light not working was a Thumbs Up, which left us baffled. The room was not as promised, we had a disappointing experience, and would not stay again.

Great spot, nice view from the window. Quite cheap parking just behind the residence (1,2€ per hour 8-20 everyday also Sundays). Next to the parking there is a 'basket' attraction worth attending. Super contact by whatsapp with kind and helpful lady owner, all the instructions needed we got before coming.

100% satisfied with our stay

Great location just inside the walls. We parked in the free car park just outside and it wasn't far to wheel our bags once the owner had told us that the residenza is just by the Roman gate. Owner was very friendly and likewise her friend who translated for her. She doesn't stay on site but is contactable. We were put in a suite, each part of it small but together affording plenty of space. We turned on the mood lighting which gave it a pleasant ambience. Bathroom was modern and well equipped and everything was very clean. The restaurant underneath was excellent so we felt very lucky to be staying on that spot. No noise from it or anywhere else so we had a great night's sleep.

There is no breakfast available on site, except a tart in a packet each and a coffee/machine to keep you going till you find something more substantial. We found a nice cafe, though more by luck than judgement as few places were open. Some information on where to try would be helpful.

Location excellent. Host friendly and helpful, aided by her daughter who spoke English. DIY Breakfast not that appealing but cafe nearby. Lovely view from the window and sound of church bells.

A few more hooks/surfaces in the bathroom. Shower was good though

The host was friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. The location is excellent. Pleasant decor. Parking nearby.
