Todos muy amables te dan recomendación para comer está súper céntrico el cuarto muy amplio y a dos cuadras está la placita para tomar las moto taxis que te llevan a los cenotes nosotros lo tomamos con el sr Anastasio y nos llevó a unos muy hermosos

Location, big room, stores and restaurants very close, walking distances. Lot of cenotes minutes from hotel.

shower, almost imposible to take a shower. I have to cleaned by myself.

Good location, close to the center. For spending a few days exploring cenotes it's great.

Had to ask for the warm water to be turned on to shower, the cenotes are quite cold, so returning and not being able to warm up/rinse of in the shower isn't great. There's were ants in the room, got bitten a few times in my sleep.

Only a block from the center. Comfortable chairs to hang out by the pool. Good air conditioning.

Water pressure was very low in our room.
