Rise In Valley

Mooie locatie, berghutsfeer, het eten is ok. De badkamer viel tegen, de douche kop spoot langs alle kanten en het ruikt naar schimmel. De wc pot stond los en het is er koud, gelukkig kregen we een electries vuurtje.

Badkamer. Er was ook geen afzuiging op de badkamer.

Die Gemeinschaftsbereiche sind hübsch gestaltet und vermitteln einen gemütlichen Hütten-Flair. Doch lassen Sie sich davon nicht täuschen.

Sobald man die Zimmertür öffnet, folgt der Schock. Der Gestank im Zimmer war unerträglich – es roch wie ein nasser Hund, der monatelang nicht gewaschen wurde. Die hygienischen Zustände sind eine absolute Unverschämtheit: • Das Wasser: Aus dem Hahn kam braune Brühe. An Duschen war nicht zu denken, und selbst das Zähneputzen war nur mit gekauftem Flaschenwasser möglich. • Das Bett: Die Bettwäsche war bei Ankunft noch nass und wirkte so vergilbt und alt, dass man sich nicht einmal angezogen darauflegen wollte. • Der Service: Die Dame am Empfang war zwar freundlich und hat die Wäsche sofort getauscht, aber das rettet den Gesamtzustand des Zimmers in keiner Weise. Wir sind viel in Marokko gereist, aber das hier war mit weitem Abstand die schlechteste und ekelhafteste Unterkunft der gesamten Reise. Es liegt nicht am Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis – es gibt deutlich günstigere Unterkünfte, die um Welten sauberer sind. Spart euch das Geld und eure Nerven: Geht woanders hin!

Very nice looking

No shower gel/shampoo, had to get fridge from next room, no microwave in room, wash basin had issues, lock on door was broken. Nearest place to eat was 20mins away

有可能是我去的时候人比较少，我要求了多次开暖气片，都没有达到预期，寒冷的度过了一晚上

Staying in this motel was the worst accommodation experience in Morrocco.   It was heavily snowing when we arriving; as this motel was located in a valley, the road was extremely steep and slippery, we called reception for advice or assistance before arriving, the girl who answered was very rude, told us the other guest were arrived with no issue, we should be able to check in. we managed to get to the motel, found there was only one air conditioner in the whole 2-bedroom cabin and it was not working. We called reception again for help and the same girl insisted we didn’t know how to use, we asked her nicely to demonstrate, she put on the aircon and left; asked us to wait; we waited for about half hour, aircon was still not working called her for several times, she never showed up.   Then we found there was no usable tap water or shower water, as water running from tap was muddy and smelly, the other reception girl told us all maintenance staff wont be able to work until the next day, the only thing she can do was giving us a bottle of tap water for us to brush teeth.   I strongly suggested DO NOT book this motel if there is any other accommodation available in this area.
